Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.


2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with MH Natural Cosmetics UG (limited liability). By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.


3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: English We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. The contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.


4. Delivery Conditions

We offer free shipping and express shipping for same or next day delivery.

Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.


5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:

  • Credit Card: During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

  • SEPA Direct Debit: By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you at least one bank business day in advance about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). A bank business day is any working day except Saturdays, national legal holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year. The account debit takes place before the goods are shipped.

  • PayPal, PayPal Express: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered and selected PayPal customers based on their own criteria. However, we have no influence on the provision of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.

  • Klarna: From the invoice date, you usually have 30 days to settle your invoice. You only pay after receiving the goods. You can shop at ease, complete your order, and check the products at home. The invoice will be sent either by email, separately by post, or together with the goods, depending on the respective merchant. You can view all your invoices at any time here or in the Klarna app. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can report a “problem” in the Klarna app to pause your invoice until you have resolved your issue with the merchant.
