Shipping Destinations
Botanique d’Orient only offers EU wide shipping currently. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. We strive to ensure your order is prepared and dispatched promptly.

Shipping Methods

Shipping times

Standard shipping within Germany typically takes 2-4 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days.

For orders in the EU, shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery may take 7-10 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs. In the EU, customs and import duties don’t apply. 

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or adverse weather conditions.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that your package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Return and refund policy

At Botanique d’Orient, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products only.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.

You must initiate the return process within fourteen days from the date of receiving your package.

Return Process
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MH Natural Cosmetics UG (limited liability), Hochstädter Str. 9, 13347 Berlin, Germany,, Phone: +4917656666735) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and we will issue a refund for the returned item. You can then place a new order for the desired product.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to your original payment method.
